INDCONSULT was established in 1969 by a selected group of top businessmen headed by the late Dr. Charles R. Stino, Former Under-Secretary for the Egyptian Ministry of Industry.

INDCONSULT "Dr. Ragai Charles R. Stino", in succession and continuation, has become a solid reputable corporation in the Egyptian Market and the Middle East.

INDCONSULT was honored by the well deserved trust of various industrial firms in The United States of America, Europe, Far East and the local market as well as the industrial community in Egypt and the Middle East.

INDCONSULT acts as a representative agent and exclusive distributor, importer, exporter and trader. Additionally, INDCONSULT conducts feasibility studies and establishes joint venture projects between foreign firms and interested reliable local customers as well as licensed product agreements.

  • Providing a market for American, European and Far Eastern Suppliers' products and services throughout Egypt and the Middle East.
  • Locating reliable suppliers for both general and specific customer requirements.
  • Assisting and advising our principals with respect to the relevant technical, financial and legal conditions before concluding contracts.
  • Following up during contract negotiations and assisting the supplier's technical staff during the execution of the contract, test runs and final take over.
  • Handling of letters of credit and following up shipments to arrive in due time.
  • Assisting suppliers in establishing joint ventures in Egypt and the Free Zone Area, including all relevant commercial and legal advice.

SUCCESS STORIES

INDUSTRIAL
  • Supply of the largest T-K packaging complex in Egypt & the Middle East; currently taken over by the Egyptian Armed Forces. This complex includes:
    • A factory for grains & foodstuff packaging.
    • A factory for frozen vegetables.
    • A factory for fertilizers.
    • A quality control laboratory for the whole complex.
  • Establishing a J/V between the Egyptian Electric Cables Company and General Cable USA.
  • Establishing a J/V for the production of resin and paints with Chemtex licensed from DuPont De Nemours.
  • Supply of water treatment plants and recycling of factory waste.
  • Supply of a complete cement factory as well as handling & packaging lines for cement.
TRADING
  • The first to introduce special application yarns in the Egyptian Market, specifically LYCRA® from DuPont with an import capacity of up to 400 tons/month.
  • The first leading private sector company to import foodstuff in bulk into the Egyptian Market, such as wheat flour 72% extract, sugar and wheat.
  • Leasing governmental flour mills for part of our imported wheat with a combined output of 500 tons/day.
  • Export of Egyptian traditional products to France, Canada and Morocco.
FOOD
  • First to introduce aseptic milk & fruit nectar carton packaging into the Egyptian Market in the early 1980's with a total of 7 lines within 3 different companies.
  • First to establish a German/Egyptian after sales service center, including a spare parts warehouse, in Egypt for the entire Middle East for the aseptic milk & fruit nectar carton packaging lines.
  • Supply of complete packaging lines for Egypt's leader in the tea blending & packaging industry with a total production capacity of 160 tons/day per shift spread across 4 factories.
  • First to introduce the Yoghurt Cup Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) Concept to Egypt's dairy market leader with a production capacity exceeding 325 tons/day.
  • Supply of Weighing & Packaging lines to Egypt's Snack Leader with a total output of 40 tons/day per shift.
  • Key supplier of confectionery lines for governmental, private sector and multinational factories.
  • Supply of several lines for Egypt's confectionery pioneer for all confectionery products with a combined output of more than 10 tons/hour.
  • Supply of a continuous cooking line with flow wrap packaging for hard candy with an output of 1 ton/hour.
  • T-K for a fully automated tea factory with an output of 20 tons/day per shift.
  • T-K for a coffee factory with an output of 5 tons/day.
  • Supply of complete coldstores and freezing tunnels for most governmental and private sector companies.
AGRICULTURAL
  • T-K for irrigation and drainage projects in Iraq & Egypt.
  • First to introduce hydrogen cyanamide 50% SL into the Egyptian Market whilst maintaining the lion's market share since 1985.
  • First to introduce forchlorfenuron (CPPU) 0.1% SL into the Egyptian Market in the early 1990's.
